The Capulets and the Montagues

1.1. Who wanted peace and who wanted to fight?

Benvolio wanted peace in the street, but Tybalt wanted to fight him.

1.2. What was considered to be a great insult at that time?

A great insult was "fool"

1.3. When the Prince arrived , what did he decide ?

He decided to make peace in the two familys, but he think that if they fight again in the future he will both die.

2. What was happening to Romeo at the beginning of the play ?  How did he feel? Why?

At the beginning Romeo was in love with Rosaline but she didn't love him.

3.They discovered that the Capulets were going to celebrate a party.

3.1. How did Romeo find out about it ?

Because in the street one of the servent meet he. And they wanted to go there because in the list it was invited Rosaline.

3.2. Why did he want to go there?

Because he think that Rosaline would be in the there.

3.3. Why did they decide to wear masks?

Because the Monatgue didn't want to be watch he.       

4.At the Capulets' house, Lady Capulet was talking to her daughter. What did she tell her?

She was telling to her that she that one day in the future she will marry with Paris.

THE GARDEN OF THE CAPULETS  

1. What happened when Romeo saw Juliet for the first time ?

He forgot Rosaline and he fell in love.

2. Did anyone recognise Romeo at the party?

Yes, Tybalt recongise him.

3. Did he fight against him? Why?

No, because Tybalt don't wanted to make Lord Capulet angry in his house.

4. What did Romeo and Juliet find out about each other ?

They discovered that they love each other so much.

5. After the party, where did Romeo go ?

He went to visit Juliet in the Capulet's garden to meet Juliet, in the balcony.

6. What was Juliet doing there?

She was speaking to the night about the love with Romeo, but she didn't know that Romeo was listening.

7. What did they decide to do ?

They decide to merry one day in secret.
